Buyer has 72 hours after taking possession of buyer to have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of buyer’s choice at buyer’s expense. If licensed veterinarian finds that puppy has a life threatening disease or defect acquired in breeder’s care, buyer has to instantly contact breeder and return puppy with VETERINARY STATEMENT of diagnosis to breeder. Under no circumstances will any transportation or veterinarian charges ever be refunded or reimbursed. There is no refund if buyer opts to keep puppy.

This guarantee does not cover minor problems commonly found in puppy – e.g. internal or external parasites. Accidents, poisoning, neglect, hypoglycemia, injuries are not covered under any guarantee. In case of death of puppy buyer has to have a necropsy performed at buyer’s expense to clarify why puppy died. Contagious diseases are covered for 72 hours after puppy leaves breeder’s residence. Please insure to not expose your puppy to any unknown dogs or places.

After 72 hours all sales are final unless 3 year extended warranty is activated (see back of page). In case buyer cannot keep puppy due to any reason ( landlord, divorce, allergies etc.) breeder will help free of charge to find a new home. There is no convenience return for any reason with refund of adoptionfee. Puppy can be returned to breeder at any time without refund.

All puppies are adopted as companions. No guarantee is made concerning size, breeding capabiltiy, descended testicles, ear erection, show quality, coat or trainability. Hernias should be fixed at the time puppy gets spayed/ neutered.

Verbal agreements have to be put in writing. Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of Travis County/ Texas. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in Travis County/ Texas.

3 year congenital and genetic health guarantee

NuVet Plus vitamin and mineral supplement is a product that we believe is the best source of essential vitamins and minerals that any cat or dog owner can give their pet. Like humans, pets also require vitamin and mineral supplements. Like us, no diet (no matter how good) can provide all of the essential vitamins and minerals. Should your vet find that your puppy has a congenital or genetic defect detected under age 3 and your dog has to be euthanized we will refund puppy adoptionfee (excluding any shipping, veterinarian or transportation charges). We require written statement with detailed diagnosis from your veterinarian and authorization to discuss diagnosis with your vet. No accidents or contagious ( bacterial or viral, parasites) diseases are covered under this warranty

Nuvet sends us a monthly report of all puppies supplemented. Our 3 year genetic warranty terminates without option of reinstatement if puppy is not kept on Nuvet supplement for any given month. Unfortunately we cannot verify use of supplement if ordered from other sources or substituted with any other supplement.
